Chris Kent makes a good point about whether copper has a high enough burst strength for brakes, and I have an additional opint of concern: While I've seen mention of copper brakelines in British mags, all of the advice I've seen Stateside is that copper is especially unsuitable for brake & fuel line due to it's propensity for work-hardening and thus snapping at the wrong moment. Any help on this? ed |
