First thing to do when looking for a specific color of touch-up paint is grab
the yellow pages. Look for automotive paint suppliers, and call around.
Chances are if you live in a reasonably populated area (or even unreasonably
like the bay area ;-) that at least one of these place will mix up spray cans
of auto paint. Expect to pay 6 to 9 dollars for a can, it won't be too cheap.

These places should also have the proper formulas to mix up the "right" color.
Problem is, the color would match a brand new car, not one which has weathered
and aged, and more than likely changed shade. You can get some paint mixed
for an exact match at these places, but that service is about 10, maybe
15 bucks. So it could be real easy to spend $25 on enough paint to do a whole
3 square feet or so. But that is somewhat extreme, if you were going the
custom match route have them make up a quart or two and either put some of
that in a spray can or get an airbrush.
