I just received the following bit of mail from someone on my pitcrew, referring to his '69 cortina GT (which I bought as a parts car but couldn't stand to disable a car that ran so well, so I sold to him...) ------------------------------ ... I would prefer to arrive at the track after work Friday, if Liz and I can have a bed set aside for us. I intend to take the trip in Fin (I derive a perverse pleasure from the fact that my only British vehicle is the most reliable vehicle I have ever had in my posession). |
