It's just a redistribution point for british-cars@alliant.com -- mere
mortals are not meant to send to it. If your network connection is
closer to decwrl than to alliant, it helps Jim (and thus the whole
list) if you're on british-cars-local@decwrl.dec.com instead of Jim's master 
list.
