The ex-miltary LRs are sometimes physically beat, but they usually get good regular maintenence and partsget replaced as they get worn to the place that the Land Rover is not "war ready". The ones i have seen imported are normally in perty good shape. Maybe only the best get imported. Anyway, they havea stronger frame and the ambulance makes a great camper. They also come with accessories that make them more rugged. They are also considerably more rare in the US. TeriAnn |
