Ken has a partnership going with Racestorations the british Tr racing people.
He carries those imposible to find racing parts. He has a free parts list
with prices. He carries such things as:
finned Al oil sumps made from the same mold as was factory option for TR3s
- rebuilt oil pumps
- harmonic dampeners for TR3,4 engine that allows them to rev without trashing
the crank
- Special cams
- special pistons up to 92 mm for TR2,3
-oversize valves & valveseats
- compitition valve springs
- all kinds of impossible to get preformance parts for TR2-6
Ken is VERY helpful over the phone. He did his drag racing in Florada in
the sixties. His car is a red TR3 with a TR2 front aprin. I do not think
he has raced it in a long time. He brings it to most all the West coast
TR events.

I have found them to be pricey and shy on TR3 parts. They are so much higher
then E14th st I don't even bother to compairison shop there any more.
>East 14th Auto Wreckers
This place is British car only. They tend to have a lot of MGs, Sprigits,
GT6s, TR3-6, Spits, and Jenson Healys. Occassionally you will see a Jag
or big Healey pass through. They have a very wide selection of parts, at
good prices for this area. They are friendly and helpful. They do limited
rebuilding. E14th has a LOT of overdrives sitting about off transmissions
and a large stock of heads. Sorry, they also have a lot of TR7s.
>Triumphs Only
They have lots of parts for early TRs but they can be the high or low priced
source depending upon how you approache them. The correct way is to
comparison shop somewhere else, get your best prices, THEN go to Triumph
Only. Talk to the owner. Tell him what parts you are after, what price you
have from where and then ask him if he could beat the price. He almost
always comes in with a cheaper price. If you go to Triumphs Only & just ask
how much, he will quote a high price.

Be carful on electrical parts. They usually sel non-Lucas electrical parts.
Their oil cooler adapter for the TR3-4 engine is probably the worst available
I have an interesting horror story about it.
Their Marque days are well worth going to but get there around sun rise for
real bargans. They sell seconds real cheap, & the good things go as the boxes
are brought out. Best plan is to get everything you might want then ask for a
lot price. Some things get thrown in for free. There is also a flea market
going on at the same time. Last summer, i got a factory TR3 hard top for $20
by being there while it was being taken out of a pickup.

This is a British car garage that specilaizes in Morgans. Greg Solow, the
owner builds racing engines for Morgans (TR3-4 engine) and races a Morgan
He sells the best oil cooler adapter available to my knowledge. He also
is a source for Custom cams, lightened flywheels. & custom headwork.
His parts & labour are pricey, but the best.

recommended for consistant high quality parts at reasonable prices.
Though by purchasing from Rover the prices may be higher then from OEM
sources.
Atlantic British
Land Rover parts specialists with locations on both sides of the country.
The do some rebuilding. The sell OEM & aftermarket. Due to the poor quality
of many of the Parts I purchased from them I wonder if all their sources
are OEM of low cost second sources. Sometimes their prices seem to be
a bit on the high side.
