David. nice to here
from you! My Limo is not a Pullman as far as I can tell.. The body looks the
same but I think it is a little shorter like the Sollon with a power window in
the back of the front seat.. A pullman has jump seats my Limo does not ..
On the SR plate it states Touring Limo!!! I have Pix of several autos and
basic specks ( eng. trans. wheel base . etc ) but no mention of Touring Limo.
in any info I have found !! I guess this limo being a military order it may
be limited production??? I got this Limo from my GREAT UNCLE"S EX. BROTHER N
LAW.. He bought a farm years ago the Limo was in a barn and came with the
farm.. He is 89 years old and resold the farm for BIG BIG BUCKS and had no use
for the Limo.. My Great Uncle called me to move it as I drive for a towing co.
He asked if I could sell it or if I wanted it.. I bought it not even knowing
what it was except a rt hand dr four door car.. I have spent hours on the Net
but no luck on history, not looking in the right places I guess..Maby some
body with a Brit. millitary background would know where to start??! What if
Churchill or Ike used this Limo. Should be a log book on Mill Limo"s
somewhere.. May have been a Embassy Limo. used in USA.? I want to restor it
or make a driver out of it if it is not a Historical Limo... The Odom only
shows 8,081 mi.or klm don"t remember whitch.. If you know where to start
please let me know Thank You , DennisChassis # A8007331HLO
