You should be able to get a Seller's Package from the MTO. The cost is $20 and
you can get it at any MTO office if you have a plate number or the VIN. Also
make sure you check the Vin number closely as they often get entered wrong. My
car got registered showing a 55 on the Vin when it should have been 5S. Good
