First question is were is the buyer?  Ask the bank what is the longest it 
can take for a check to clear/bounce then hold the car and the title another 
week. or two. If the buyer doesn't like that have him Fed-Ex cash to your 
bank or do a wire transfer.
It used to be "BUYER BEWARE" now it's "SELLER BEWARE"
 I've even had those stupid offers to send me too much money and send me the 
refund on parts. They must be getting desperate.
