burning bricklin in cleveland

My father-in-law told me he saw a Bricklin on fire (or smoking) last 
Wednesday.  It was in Mayfield Heights actually, heading west on Wilson Mills 
Rd.  As 
he was following it, he noticed a lot of smoke.  As it got heavier, it pulled 
over and a guy got out along with billowing smoke.  He said he thought a truck 
stopped right afterwards; hopefully it had a fire extinguisher.

I hope it was not too serious. Does anyone know who's car it was, and what 
started the fire?
