John/Mark,

I installed an edelbrock 1406 which is a good fit.  I had to do some work on
the throttle linkage since it was interfering with the choke, but other than
that it fit well.  It has been recommended by others and I am aware of a
couple getting ready to install the same carb.

I am hoping to get mine tuned over the weekend so I can provide some idea of
the settings in a future email.
