Bumper Paint

I would love a second or third opinion on this one.  1628's rear bumper is 
going in 
for paint.  I recall Terry informing me to go with a flat urathane bumper 
paint.  
However, my bumper that I was sure had never been painted looks semi gloss or 
satin.  Also, two paint pros have told me that I don't need flex agent on a 
rigid 
bumper.  I have a Bricklin manual that called for flex agent. 

I would be great to hear recommendations.
