It's a relatively easy carb to rebuild -- just set everything exactly and
make sure that little check valve ball bearing stays in its spot when you
put the top on (if you tilt the carb when putting it back together that ball
will move, once the top is on the ball is trapped like it should be). The
secret to doing carbs is to setting all the specs exactly -- no eyeball, no
guessing, no close enough. I even made a little float gauge with an old
ruler and some screws to set it exactly right. Kim
