getting a bricklin out of storage

My dad is thinking about buying a Bricklin that has been in storage for
15 years Its a 75 and has 50000 miles on it. Its been in enclosed storage
and is fully together.What should we do before we start the car and drive
it?

Any Idea on how much to offer them if  the car wont start and might need
some work to get it running again?
