Does anyone that has a '74 know how to adjust the 
secondaries to open sooner on the 4-barrel?

As it is now, when I hit the gas to open them, the 
headlights rise due to the sudden loss of vacuum but 
no extra boost occurrs from the secondaries.

Any ideas?
