Well, I think that it is a reasonable price....depends on the buyer...and the 
shape of the body..
I think that Scott is right...that it needs a set of tires...even if you get 
them for $10 each at a junk yard.

I bought mine for $5K and my father bought a decent one for $4K.....which might 
make yours seem a little high...but it all depends on the shape of the rest of 
the car.  
I also watch all those decent cars (that are running) bring in $5K on 
ebay...whether they sell or not....you might have luck there....alot of people 
will see it.

I do think that you will have to find the right buyer...because there is work 
to be done just to make it start and run.

to pay more for a classic vehicle.  Something about bragging rights.....

Ask twice or three times as much and it might sell quicker.  Strange but
true.
