POR Wheel Restorer

I was looking at my new Nova parts catalog and came across an add for POR 
Aluminum Wheel Restorer.  It's made by the same people that make PRO-15 so 
it's got to be good?  It's kind of expensive ($139.00) but it's supposed to 
do a complete restoration including clear coat.  Has anyone tried this?
