Here are a few answers for you:
Look up the alignment specs on the Bricklin website and give those to your
alignment shop. Without specs, some places will make their best guess and
that can cause problems. There are no tricks to aligning a Bricklin. Any good
shop should be able to do it given the specs.
Check the fuse for the dash lights then look for wiring problems. It is
probably a bad ground.
It is normal for the headlights to sometimes pop up when you start the car or
accelerate hard. If they are popping up under moderate acceleration, you
probably have a vacuum leak. Check the vacuum lines for the headlights.
