What is the matter with your ammeter, or is it gone? Those are very scarce.
A thing about Bricklins is that a lot of the parts are no longer available,
even some used parts are almost impossible to find. So, never throw anything
away without checking. Even if it is broken, someone else might want to fix
it, or you could hang on to it in case you sell the car. Examples are the
VDO gauges, the cheesey piece of junk radio, the junky aluminum wheels, the
bad seats, etc. Those things might not seem like you would want them, but if
anyone is trying to keep the car original, even a broken part is better than
nothing at all.
