The Bricklin did make it to graduation with 2 hours to spare. The part
came in on thursday at noon and I didn't get started on it till 3p.m. Now
the switch works better than it ever has and I even got an extra remote rod
with the lock rack. I still have a few more things I want to button up on
it in the next few days. I need to check the brakes. its getting really
hard to stop it and the front brakes are all new so I guess I should check
the back again even though they were good when I put the fronts on. Anyone
else have really bad brakes? I have had bad brakes on it ever since I
started driving it but they have gotten worse. I have put a new brake
booster on. new rotors and front brakes, and back brakes will be next. I
even have put on an air pump to create vacuum for the brake system. I never
loose any fluid and I have blead the brakes compleatly free of air. Any
sugestions? As for after high school I'm trying to get into a local
college right now and its getting a little late in the year and I still
havent heard a word out of them. But for now I'm hoping I can get my brick
to the BI meet this summer. Theres a local car show in the next town over
in a few weeks. Some guy who is rebuilding some Itallian car (whick he
won't give out what it is) is wanting cars to drive around a "loop" or
"strip" and one car wins. For being here in SOuthern Illinois there is not
any Lambroginnis or Ferraris, or any thing like that around here so I'm
hoping I can win the first show of that and then find other way to customise
the bricklin a little. Well those are my plans and for now I've got to
stick to them.

                                                     Ryan #2568
