Hi Peter, what year Versailles? I thought a 1980 was a bolt in affair and
offered posi and disc brakes.

Iīm planning the same modifications and bought the AOD xmission and rear
axle. I havenīt build them in yet. But the xmission seems to have the same
housing. It should bolt right in. I will install another shifter (heavy
duty), therefore I didnīt think a lot about the shifter bezel.
Exchanging the axle seems to be more work to me. I got one from a Ford
Versaille. But since that car used coil springs there have to be done some
modifications at it.
