I replaced mine using the part number on the web and it worked fine. I used
to plastic tie to hold the cable against something on the underbody so it
doesn't get too close to the exhaust pipe. It doesn't come with a gear, but
you shouldn't have to mess with the drive gear when replacing the cable
unless yours stripped out.
