Welcome!

First you drill a small hole at the end of the crack to prevent it from
continuing, then grind (or equal) it to a bevel, including the hole, fill it
with epoxy, sand, etc..

Unfortunately the whole panel then needs to be painted for best appearance.
Since it's doubtful that you'll be able to get a match, the whole car will
need coating too.
