Bleeding Brakes

I'm trying to bleed the brakes on ol' 1343 and can't get any pressure to the
rear. I've tried holding out the pin on the proportioning valve but no luck.
I disconnected the rear line at the valve and nothing comes out. Do I have a
stuck proportioning valve? Any ideas how to free it? Or maybe I have the
lines connected wrong. I have them connected as follows:
The front port of the master cylinder is connected to the rear top of the
valve behind the pressure switch.
The rear port is connected to the top of the valve in front of the switch.
The back line is connected to the rear of the valve.
The front line is connected to the very front of the valve.
Is this correct?
