Just one comment one wrapping exhaust - under power the exhaust temperature is of the order of 1400 degrees F and with insulation the pipes get much hotter. Most metals, including most stainless steels, cannot cope with this in contiuous use and in time will crack or oxidize away. That is why header manufacturers will not warranty and recommend against wrapping headers. Ken |
