Fw: Information Request

Wouldn't ya know it. I clipped it from the mag before I tossed it, but
there's no markings to indicate what issue it is.

It's got to be early '74 though if the pictures and text mean anything. The
car has what appears to be a prototype dash with the speedo, tach mounted
low with aux gauges mounted flush, not angled.
