If the inner door frames are properly reinforced before a new skin is
installed and the air regulator set properly, I wouldn't think so.

Not only that, but the acrylic tint changes from batch to batch, so there's
no guarantee that a new skin will match either. The other Bricklin colors
often exhibited these differences when brand new on the showroom floor.
Add slight UV discoloring on existing panels and the difference can be quite
obvious.
