The car cover that I purchased from Walmart is:

This cover works well.  It is white on the outside and grey on the
inside.  It seems alittle stiff but the inside is very soft.  I has a
great elastic around the bottom.  I had this cover on in a downpour.  My
Brick was dry and the winds could not budge the cover.
