Can you cant the seats?

Oh-oh, say cant the seats, la de da dah dah dah (to the tune of the star 
spangled banner). 

Okay, I need a bit more headroom and I heard that there is a way to 
wiggle more room out of these things by canting the seats.  All I can 
figure is hopping the front of the seats up thereby putting your butt 
down further.  Is that the idea or is there more to it?  Thanks, Kim.
