| The POR-15 does go on the INSIDE. In fact, that is the most important place it needs to be. I had Terry do one of my cars and he drills a little hole in the frame and then swabs or shoots it (I forget which) INSIDE the frame. I don't have anything on the outside, but if I were doing it myself, or for a car that was driven more, I would probably do the outside as well.
