Yes, it is Mustang like, in that they both use a spring tower design.
Whether or not any parts are interchangeable, I don't know. With so many
parts of different brands being sourced from the same vendors, it wouldn't
surprise me. The company I used to work for would make a generalized design,
find something close from a vendor and adapt it to suit. The vendor would
then assign a unique pt.# with special packaging, etc. This part would be
physically the same as the one sold to others. The glass is held in with 3M
Windo-Weld ribbon sealer #08612 or equal. This # may have been superceded,
my box is 20yrs old.
