It's a W shaped device where the two outside legs pivot, one leg pivots on
the rear axle and the other to a point on the frame (this piece would have
to be added) directly above it. This is to locate it in the vertical plane.
The center point of the W has a heim joint which you attach a rod to and the
other end of the rod to a bracket, with heim joint on the outer frame rail.
This is to locate it in the horizontal plane.
