I'm curious. The only non white cars I saw was back when they were new and 
already suffered mismatching panels from poor quality control and fading from 
sitting for months on end unprotected in dealer lots. I was under the 
impression that no amount of color sanding, buffing, etc. would help because 
the color was unevenly 'buried' in the acrylic and would cause even worse 
color mismatch.

As for the panels if it hasnt been painted you should be able to
polish it up quite nicely.
