I am intrigued by your comments regarding the Weber carb system on your MGB=
. Is it one carb=2C or if two are they side drafts or down drafts? I am l=
ooking for dual Weber down drafts for my TR7. I can go the retail places l=
ike Moss and Victoria=2C etc. but then I'm looking at about $1200 plus. I=
have found new down draft Weber carbs for about $500 or less but then I n=
eed linkage=2C and instructions how to get them set up=2C etc. If any o=
ne has some suggestions and if any one would like to get paid to help me fi=
nd the Carbs and install them I'm open to any recommendations.

By the way=2C when=2C what time and where is the Austin Healey and Jag even=
t at Park City this week end?

Just had to drop everyone a note and say that I now have both my British ca=
rs back on the road.

The 1936 Hudson Stratton Sport Saloon has just finished a frame-up restorat=
ion just in time to take it to the Hudson International Meet in Oklahoma C=
ity last week where it was selected People=92s Choice over the two hundred =
or so cars that were in attendance. That was a real thrill.
=20
While I was back in Oklahoma=2C my 1976 MG was with club member Craig Welk=
=2C Brigham for some much needed updates. Craig helped me switched over to=
the new Webber Carb system=2C removed all the pollution control devices=2C=
rebuilt the front end and finished up with new muffler (glass pack) and a =
stinger to give it that truly British sound. Just took it out for my first=
drive and I cannot believe what a difference these changes made. It is go=
od to be back on the road again=85..

See you all in the fast lane=85
