Final round (round 15) update

The final round (Round 15) for the championship series will be held at
Monster Park on September 10th.  I know I told a few people that I was
trying to get GGF but they are occupied with horse racing from August
25 - October 15.

The Slush Series will begin late October using GGF and Monster Park.
Hopefully this will allow enough time for the Oakland lots to improve.
