Hi Arnold,

It's just my humble opinion that 4 runs at Oakland is not a good idea, a
couple mechanical or computer glitches and the fact that Oakland usually
has the highest turnouts could make for a long day.  But you're the
chair, so take it for what it's worth :)

If it gets sub50 secs...4Runs is possible with help from everybody.
Please be alert and follow Grid Person...readiness is the key.
