Last week SCCA announced it was seeking bidders for SCCA Enterprises, the
wholly-owned SCCA subsidiary outfit that manufactures the Spec Racer-Ford.
There are two goals: 1)-figure out what the price should be and 2) sell it.
Possible motivation could relate to the law suit against the club
by the Fran-Am operation. SCCA lost, as near as I can tell, but neither
party is supposed to comment on the deal.
