According to a recent televised news report I saw, Brazil is so far the first and only country to solely use ethanol to fuel its cars. For reasons obscure to me, the technology has yet to catch on in the United States. The good news is it seems that IndyCar has a different take on the fuel situation. I tell all my friends that professional motorsports is good for the environment and here is some hard proof: http://www.indycar.com/tech/ethanol.php -Katie Kelly |
