Audi Shop?

I know this gets asked all the time, but I'm far away from my e-mail right 
now..  A friend needs a clutch in his A4.  A dealership estimated over $2400, 
and it was not clear if that would include a new flywheel.  Why does it cost 
ONE THIRD as much to replace the clutch and resurface the flywheel of a WRX?

Are there a reputable and reasonably priced Audi shop in the south bay or near 
San Francisco that will not screw my friend?
