Hello Folks,
So far we've got 3 solid commitments and a couple "if-I-wake-up's". We
still need a few more workers to assist with setup and get the event
rolling on time. Don't be shy it's nothing too difficult: unpacking
motorhome, setup course/grid cones, box cones, line course with chalk,
etc. If the start time gets delayed, if affects ALL of us (number of
runs, possibility of fun runs, etc.). Please email me to sign up and
help make this a great event.

Hello All,
If you'd like to volunteer for setup duties please email me. We
need about 9 people who can show up @ 7:00 AM sharp on Sunday morning.
In exchange for your early-bird assistance you get:
* plenty of time to study the course
* the eternal gratitude of my co-chair and myself
* and of course this will count as your regular work assignment
Remember to pack a lunch since there will be no food truck on site.
Also, bring some rain gear just in case.
