I'm no expert, by any means, but that sounds about right to me.
I consider "technical" to be sections which require some patience and
"sacrifice" to negotiate as quickly as possible, as well as a good amount of
thought given while walking the course on the hows and whys of the ultimate
line
to be taken.
I also agree with Dan that optional slaloms would be an interesting element
to throw into the mix...
