Has anyone spent time around lake merrit in Oakland? That would make a
great
course. A couple of corners are banked and all, and it even has a great pit
area built in. Since we were dreaming, I thought I would add my course.

A street course around Lake Merrit has been dreamed about about since the
mid'50s.
Problems include, originally, the rails for the electric trolleys, etc. No
one with any political clout pursued it.
