SFR dues increase

My invoice from SCCA National for 2004 dues shows San Francisco Region has
increased its dues by $5 per annum. (If you read the minutes or attended
the SFR annual meeting, you already know this.)
        As my membership dates from when everybody's dues were due on Jan.
1, I guess I get to learn early. Nowadays dues are required on a fiscal
year basis starting from when you join.
