I somehow felt like I was spending less autocrossing
my own car, but without co-drivers. I never did the
math. One set of Kumhos ($400) lasted me the whole
year (and more), yet with co-drivers, it seemed like
we were going through tires at an incredible rate. And
since it was/is my daily driver, whatever $$ I spent
on improvements, I felt like I could enjoy them each
time I drove down the street. Wouldn't seem right
charging someone to pay for something they might enjoy
for five minutes a weekend at the most.
