Charlie,

As long as we're discussing "rules" of repair and racing, 

1) If you have the rain tires on, and don't have time to switch them back, it 
will cause the rain to stop and the course to immediately begin to dry out.

2) When a site with a long haul (for me) is chosen, I'm in the first run group, 
and I sleep in a little too long, Peter will be an event Chair and will start 
the event promptly on time (unlike the last several).  :-)  Dagnabbit!
