Kevin has what is very close to an ideal situation. For some reason it's
normal to live next to a golf course and play golf or at a marina and play
with boats, but if you like to play with airplanes or automobiles and want to
live where you play you are considered to be very strange.
MJ-want to live above the hanger with a back door that opens onto the
motorsports complex :-)
