The Selby site Russ saw is on the other side of the Straits, just
downstream from the C and H Sugar Refinery in Crockett. and just upstream
from the Union 76 refinery in Rodeo.

Selby was a lead smelter operation that closed down in the '70s.
It's covered with asphalt. 

So far I've received similar answers to yours. Seems to be that way when
you work both sides of the strait.  <G>
