Todd,
You might be able to search this database for the CARB numbers on the
intake and air filter
http://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/aftermkt/aftermkt.htm#ca
All you need to do is figure out what the carb numbers are and bring
them when you get smogged.

]Subject: Recovering From Riced Out Honda, Stock Air Intake Needed
]
]
]Hi,
]
]Co-worker Hannah asked me to assist her in finding a stock
]air intake/filter for her 92-95 Civic.
]
]Apparently, her ex-boyfriend hopped up her car and now
]she can't pass S. Cal smog - they are requiring her to
]show paperwork(?) regarding the K&N performance intake
]the ex put on, OR she has to put a stock system back on.
]
]Does this make sense? It sounds goofy/scary to me (not
]familiar with S. Cal smog).
]
]Anyway, she has a big yellow K&N and silver tube (I'll get
]pics to anyone interested) she wants to trade for a stock system ASAP.
]
]I'm sure some STS (and beyond) types have such parts or knowledge of
]where to best get them. I'll be at Candlestick Sunday, or you
]can email me direct.
]
]Thanks
]-Todd
