Roger ("the real", "H", "the one from Texas") Johnson, as opposed to Roger
("the famous", "E", "the one from Ohio") Johnson has designed many a
nationals course and he's very good at what he does. This document is a few
years old but full of great info.
He also *is* pretty demented!
