New SPEED Channel/Speedvision petition

For those of you with SPEED Channel (and apparently without Tivo),
you know how bad the primetime programming has been these last few
weeks.

At least they're having live F1 coverage, but I can only imagine
how quickly that would get bumped if they got live Nascar coverage
rights instead.
